Cram for the exam prepares you for the State exam. This fast paced 4 hour class will walk you through an overview of the pre-licensing class so you are confident and prepared for your exam. $30 for class alone. Additional $10 would include a CD for your computer with 800 practice questions (regular price of CD $20.) Class may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment with notice and refund provided. Note: This class does not count towards the 40 hours for state approval. A 40 hour licensing course must still be completed to take the state exam. 40 hour course does not need to have been completed with Real Estate One Academy.

Students will learn to utilize the latest tools in Internet Technology to prospect and market properties, introduction to Industry Related Service Providers, Company Policies and Procedures for Agency Relationships, Purchase and Listing Contracts and Presentations, and all related forms used in today`s real estate transactions. Students are encouraged and monitored as they place their business plan into action in the field during the program. The program also includes a discussion of selling dialogue and handling objections. This class, a must for newly licensed sales agents, perfect for returning and transferring agents.
